Counselling and Psychotherapy

I run my own counselling practice called The Panic Room ® where I work predominantly with people who experience anxiety and emotional distress. It was initially set up as a coaching and advice practice for people with anxiety disorders, but as I’ve learned more through my experience and studies, I now refer to it as a counselling practice where people come for talking therapy.

I love to use psychoeducation in my practice – teaching clients about the role of the mind and body when it comes to emotions, particularly fear and anxiety. I also work in a humanistic way, allowing my clients to have a room to talk about what they want with the guarantee of a compassionate and attentive ear.

The Panic Room ® is based in Manchester and I attend the practice in person on Tuesdays and Thursdays. At other times of the week, I offer my services by telephone and video calling software.
